Squarespace Template FAQs

  • Our website templates are built using Squarespace. You will need a Squarespace account & paid plan to launch your website.

  • You can change the colors, fonts, images, copy - pretty much anything on the Squarespace templates.

  • No! There’s either no code or very little code required to use our templates. All of our templates are deigned on Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine which allow for an easy to use drag and drop system.

  • Squarespace templates will be installed via a NEW Squarespace site and delivered via invitation within 2 business days (MST). You will get an email with a contributor invite, once accepted, the template will be added as a new site to your Squarespace account. Make sure you provide the correct email upon purchase.

  • Your existing Squarespace site will NOT be affected by our template. You will get a new template / site added to your Squarespace account. You will need to manually transfer any content you want to keep to the new template design.

  • No. Hosting plans, subscriptions to the platforms and domains are all purchased separately. We do NOT host or pay for any of those items.

  • That’s okay! We use Squarespace so it’s easer for businesses to maintain and use their website. Squarespace offers an easy to use drag and drop builder so ‘super techie’ is not required.

  • Yes! For our website templates you will need a domain and a Squarespace subscription. You may also need a Canva subscription to make updates to graphics. All requirements are listed on each product.

  • Yes! Squarespace comes with e-commerce capabilities so you can add a shop to any template. You will need an e-commerce Squarespace plan though to start.

  • Feel free to reach out to support via our contact page or check out tutorials via our Youtube channel.

  • Due to the digital nature of all of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be available. All sales are final.

    Please note that some of our products require additional tools or third party sites resources in order for them to be used, please do not purchase if you do not plan to buy or already own those tools. If for some reason, you did not receive the product via download or email, please reach out to hello@dragonflyave.com for additional support.
